At Ultra Football, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized jerseys and used equipment cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Ultra Football account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, resaleable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
